Ingredients: Poi (Kalo and Water) Coconut Cream (Coconut, Water, Xantham Gum) Apple Bananas, Macadamia Nuts
• Blueberry poifait also contains: Volcano-grown Blueberries and ‘Alaea Sea Salt (Sea Salt, ‘Alaea Volcanic Clay with Naturally Occurring Minerals And Iron)
• Poha berry poifait also contains: ‘Ōla‘a-grown poha Berries
• Liliko‘i poifait also contains: ‘Ōla‘a-grown liliko‘i pulp
Poi is a traditional Polynesian staple made by pounding cooked kalo (taro) with small amounts of water until a pudding consistency is reached. This calorie-dense food can be left at room temperature to achieve a more sour and fermented flavor, reminiscent of Greek yogurt. Refrigerating will stop this process but results in firmer texture.
Made from Hilo grown kalo
