Our Lemon Butter is a light and citrusy butter with a smooth rich texture. Made using lemon juice, evaporated cane juice, butter, eggs, and pectin. Great as a spread on fruit, toast, biscuits, crackers, in sandwiches, in deserts, as a tea sweetener, or for making vinaigrettes, glazes and sauces.
