Grown by Jan and Rhiannnon, using organic practices, on Leo Nani Farm. Made using only the bud and first two leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, the plant which produces all true teas, inlcuding: black, oolong and green. These first leaves and buds are harvested when they are still young, silvery shoots, before they mature, at which point they become green tea.
