Yes, we've got you covered! We offer convenient online ordering with standard delivery options through reliable mail carriers for all non-perishable items. For your fresh produce and perishable goods, we provide a convenient in-store pickup service. You have the flexibility to pay online or in person when you arrive to collect your order.

Absolutely, for specific items and customers. Chefs and teachers can receive up to 15% off when placing orders for events and occasions. Discounts for general bulk orders are determined individually. Yes. Senor Citizens receive 10% off every day from 9AM-12PM, and 5% off until closing, and 10% off all day Sunday. Applies to in-store purchases only, and cannot be combined with any other discount.

Unopened and undamaged non-food products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Sales of food items are typically final unless they are damaged or defective at the time of purchase, in which case they are evaluated individually.

We offer standard shipping anywhere in Hawai‘i, and continental United States on our online store. We are unable to ship fresh produce, refrigerated items, and heavy liquids.

Return Policy


Non-Food Items: We gladly accept returns of unopened and undamaged non-food products for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Grocery & Fresh Food Items: While sales of food items are typically final, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive food items that are damaged or defective at the time of purchase, they are eligible for replacement or refund. This applies as long as the issue is reported within a reasonable amount of time and/or within the printed best by date. We strive for excellence, but occasionally something can slip through the cracks. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us so we can make it right.


Discounted Items: All sales are final on discounted items, and are not eligible for refund

Online Ordering Process

Select the items you'd like to order, then choose your preferred pickup or delivery method at checkout. Please note that fresh produce, bread, and refrigerated and frozen items are not available for shipping, but can be ordered for in-store pickup orders. If picking up, you'll select a date and time for your pickup.

Fresh foods, like produce and meats, are sold by weight, so costs may vary. To ensure accuracy, you won’t pay for these items when you are checking out online. The total shown on your order will be an estimate, which you will not be charged at checkout. Once we weigh your items we'll email you the final invoice, which can be paid online, in person, or by phone.

Our online shopping option is also a great way to save time or peruse what is in stock before your next visit! 

In-Store Pickup

Mon-Sat:10AM-7PM | Sun: 10AM-6PM

Select "I'll pick it up myself" option when you are checking out. You'll then be asked for a pickup date, and time. Your order can only be placed 3 or fewer days in advance. There is a 2 hour fulfillment window for same day pickup. Orders placed after 4:00PM will not be available for pickup until the following day.

To maintain freshness, pickup orders cannot be placed more than 3 days in advance.

Shop By Mail Orders: Perishable items are only available for in-store pickup orders. If a preferred shipping method is unavailable at checkout, that means your cart contains items that cannot be shipped. To continue with your shipping order, remove the perishable items from your cart to refresh available shipping options before checkout.

Credit/Debit Cards: Accepted for all orders.

Cash: Accepted for in-store pickup orders.

SNAP/EBT: Accepted for qualifying food items on in-store pickup orders.

In-store pickup orders for fresh groceries will have multiple payment options available at checkout depending on the items in your cart. For online grocery orders containing items that are sold by weight (ie. Bananas, Avocados, etc.), no payment is made at the time of checkout, and you will be directed to choose a date and time you would like to pickup. Once your order is filled by a team member, you will receive a final invoice via email that can either be paid online with your credit/debit card, or if you wish use SNAP/EBT or cash, you can do so in person at the time of pickup.
